Privacy notice

We collect the minimum data needed to process a donation and to keep you updated on the dog you supported: your name, email, and donation amount. Payment details are handled by our payment partners and are not stored on OnePack.

We never sell your data. The charity receiving the donation can see your name and amount so they can thank you and report on outcomes. You can choose to donate anonymously at the donate step.

You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time by emailing the team. We respond within 30 days.
